Great little Anvil.Ideal for shaping small metal pieces for automotive welding. Works a treat.Finish is a bit off so a file was needed to sort out the rough edges. There was a small amount of weld splatter too but these small discrepancies are easily overlooked for the price.

Received today on time in secure packaging. Sturdy piece of kit, well made with the sealey brand, and of good quality for the price paid.

Good Anvil. Nicely forged and stable.

Sealey is a name that has been around for years. Overall, the product is ok for what I want from it.However, there are issues around the edge of the flat surface on top. There are quite a few areas, where the metal is damaged, I guess from when it was machined?Also, where the coating finishes around the top, it is lifting away from the edge.This means that pretty much, the whole top edge area is very rough and sharp.If I was fabricating intricate metal parts using the anvil, I would have returned/replaced this product.But this is just to make you aware of the issues I have found on this one.

Surprise present for my husband who had a job requiring an anvil. He was very pleased when it arrived and immediately found d a place in his workshop. It is small but portable and would be especially good for hobbyists.
