IMPRESA[3 Pack] Replacement Blades for Hawaiian Shaved Ice Machine S900A

I have small kids, and they love shaved ice "snow cones". I have noticed that after a LOT of use, my shaved ice machine is taking longer and longer to get the job done, and I assumed it was just nearing the end of its lifespan. Until seeing this product advertised, it didn't occur to me that I could just replace the blades! As another reviewer mentioned, they're not super sharp out of the package, but I ran them through a knife sharpener a few times and it helps. Plus, even if they weren't razor sharp to begin with, they are better out of the box than my blades had gotten. And now that I know they can be sharpened, I'll always have a backup for when the current set gets dull. Very satisfied.

This may sound strange, but my 51-year-old son and I (74) love shaved ice while we are binge-watching TV shows at night. Yes, we are not kids, but we love the sweet treat!! Our Hawaiian Ice Machine has not become dull yet, but we didn't want to be caught without a sharp blade some night when we started to make our treats. We ordered these Impresa Replacement Blades for Hawaiian Shaved Ice Machine to have on hand. We took the blades out of the little bag they were in so we could feel the blades and ensure that they were razor-sharp. While sharp, neither of us found them to be "razor" sharp. For this reason, we deducted one star. When we actually place them into our machine, we'll update this review if it needs to be adjusted up or down. If it isn't changed, you'll know we stood by the four stars. For now, we do recommend these blades.

We have the S900 Hawaiian shaved ice machine and these blades fit well. Easy to install. They don’t feel like sharp razor blades, but I guess that’s just how these are made. I am really happy to have a few extra blades on hand because we eat lots of snoballs around here! Great buy!
