Do these work on paper?

I love these but never used on paper since paper dulls scissors. I did just try cutting a sales paper of several pages thick and it did cut but I would check on actual scissors for paper. Theses are clippers for stems and leaves on plants which work great for plants.

How large are thiese shears? What is the blade length (tip to pivot) and overal length ((tip to end of handles)?

About 3 inches, perfect pruning tool for light weight pruning. Great for trimming 'Herbs'
