Litter Spinner Cat Litter Box - Tan

This really works provided pussy cooperates. I would particularly recommend for owners who find it difficult to bend down to clean an ordinary litter tray or have visual difficulties. Manufactures may have not liked to say, but best way to give pussy the right idea is to place solid waste material in the spinner for a day. I have three cats, two spinners and an ordinary tray. To be honest the ordinary tray is the most used but so are both the spinners and I hope to switch the last tray for a spinner one day.

I bought this for the obvious. The company state the product is good for cats upto 9kg. Hahahaha utter nonsense. I have 3 cats. 2 Maine coons and a Birman. The largest maine coon is 6.5kg. No chance he's squeezing his skinny ass in this thing. The birman is 3.5kg and the tray is just to cramped. Nice idea. Waste of money. I only paid £60.

I had 3 cats when I bought mine, about three years ago, from another supplier and I like that it is now available from Amazon. With my move to the Litter Spinner and a change from cheap supermarket brand clumping clay litter and deodoriser to 40l of Cat's Best Öko Plus 100% compostable, 100% biodegradable cat litter, I must have saved a fortune! I used to go through about one bag a week, with all the hassle of scooping, deodorising, filter changing, emptying, washing and scrubbing, I used to dread my cats going for a wee, let alone a poo and it was a never ending cycle, not to mention visitors' comments about the smell, even though it was an enclosed litter box! During my research, there were a few litter trays that you could roll (in a fashion) hitting the market at that time. Most of the others required a fair amount of space, unless you were really strong with long arms and could spin it in the air as a party trick, none of which I have. Then I discovered this little beauty! I have it in my downstairs cloakroom and each time I go to the toilet, I roll it towards myself, give it a firm tap on the handle (to the right of the spinner) and slowly pull out the drawer, If there is anything there, it is very easily disposed of. Sometimes, the jelly-like urine clump may be stuck, in which case, you can just scrape it with the provided scraper and roll again. If you have too much litter in, as I sometimes do, just remember to use a gentle rocking motion so that the litter can go through the sieve in the drawer. At the back, there is a plug, which is useful to empty the spinner, when the need arises. Also, I rarely need to wash it, which is helpful and nobody has complained of smells since I began using it. Honestly, I was so excited about it that I told everyone and anyone that would listen! (Yes I am that sad, but yet, I'm not really, I just appreciate time saving gadgets.) Anyhow, on the back of my enthusiasm, my Occupational Therapist asked if I'd mind if she took photos of it and how I use it, in order to tell other patients how easy it had made my life. I know, I know, I missed a golden opportunity............
