A little tight for full size breeds. Bantams will fight fine. Full size ducks are too big for this.

Shipped quickly for my chicken house update. Easy Assembly and seems sturdy. I do not like the eggs rolling toward the front, since my chickens like to use boxes that already have eggs in the nest... they are all a little Broody! So I stuff the boxes with straw. I also added a sheet of plastic to the back to keep critters out. Well worth the money for an un-handy person!

The video they show attached to the item is as horrible as the instructions included. Metal is very sharp and unlike some reviews, no gloves are included. I did not get it together the first try, but it is together and appears solid. Will see how the hens like it.

It is impossible to assemble this product without first cutting parts of it. Amazon would do well to first QC the products they ship out. The instructions are perhaps even a worst joke than the product itself. I spent 2 hrs trying to figure out what i was doing wrong, but after wasting this much time there is still no way to make a round peg fit in a square hole. Garbage product.

Very easy to assemble and great value for the price. We needed a second nest box and this one fitted perfectly above our existing one. Hens quickly found their favorite box where they appeared to feel safe and comfortable enough to lay egg after a week of installing it. Slant on the underlying tray is perfect for rolling the eggs to the front but not too steep for the hens. Highly recommend.

The full product was alright, suited our purposes, until the trays started breaking easily. The metal frame works decently. Definitely needed support wall on the back when using free-standing. Really really need replacement trays now though.

I liked it and bought a second one. The assembly instructions are not great! Take your time and you can figure it out. It is thin metal and I see complaints about that but my chickens are fine with it and it is sturdy enough when completely assembled. Love that the eggs are hidden from my egg eaters and clean when I collect them, even on rainy muddy days.
