Best Quality with nice packing
What a great gift idea! The product packaging, with DIY foam, feels very premium. I gave it to my Japanese friend for his birthday, and he was super happy. He had been using different matcha tools at home and said he had never seen such high quality before. The bowl is large enough for a double serving. The ceramic bowl and whisk holder are of excellent quality, and the bamboo tools, like the chasen (bamboo whisk) and chashaku (bamboo spoon), are very well made and sturdy. I highly recommend this Jinou product.

I recently purchased the Jinou matcha Tool Set from Amazon, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! As a matcha enthusiast, I've tried various sets before, but this one truly stands out in terms of quality and ease of use.How to use: Prepare the Tools: Before starting, soak the bamboo whisk in hot water for a few minutes to soften the tines. This helps prevent breakage and ensures a smoother whisking experience.Scoop the Matcha: Using the bamboo scoop, measure about 1 to 2 scoops of matcha powder into the ceramic bowl. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.Add Water: Pour a small amount of hot water (approximately 70-80Ā°C) into the bowl. Avoid using boiling water as it can scorch the matcha and affect the flavor.Whisk: Hold the bowl steady with one hand and use the other to whisk the matcha with the bamboo whisk. Move the whisk in a "W" or "M" motion quickly for about 15-20 seconds until a frothy layer forms on the surface.Enjoy: Once the matcha is whisked to perfection, your delicious and creamy matcha tea is ready to enjoy!
