This Roasted Pistachio Butter is creamy and tastes so great! People who enjoy Roasted Pistachios will like this product. We’ve tried a few different Brands of Roasted Pistachio Butters, and honestly, they’ve all been really good, as long as the Pistachios are Roasted. Our Family aren’t huge fans of some of the Raw Nut Butters. We always prefer Roasted Nut Butters. They always have a fuller, richer, and deeper taste. Plus the Nuts themselves will have allot less hidden molds. Which can sometimes be an issue with various Raw Nuts. The only negative is the rather spendy price for the 6.7 ounce Jar. Otherwise, most People will find it to be very useful, creamy, and tasty :-)

This pistachio butter made a delicious filling for the French macarons from Cook's Illustrated January & February magazine. I used what was left of the filling to make frosting rosettes on chocolate mocha cupcakes.
