Damaged product
First of all, the package box was neither packed with Amazon marked tape nor by Mfg Co. / despaching Co. Name, Address, Sr no model no. and MRP is not showing on box.Secondly, the product received is with damaged hopper inlet for grains. It has denture and therefore has created a gap and from it one-forth of grains fall outside in the cabinet. The overall finishing of cabinet and fittings are not up to the mark. The hopper door and cabinet doors are not aligned properly.

One month Review
I have brought this machine a month ago it was working fine but soon after a month it was showing overloading error so I contacted the Navsukh team, the issue was addressed very well and my Navsukh Relationship manager Hriday sir helped me very well, though he was on leave and travelling still he helped me which made me happier thanks Navsukh and specially Hriday Sir.If one is looking for a Atta chakki yes Navsukh is the best.

Local low quality item.
Inlet pot damaged. Overall built quality very poor. Cheap material used. Transit delay, no clear updates while tracking.
