Very nice indeed has quite a hot chili kick to this paste . Great stuff.

This is actually slightly hotter than the normal gochugang paste which makes it only better.

Haven't taste it yet but overall it the perfect size I think also came here super fast love it..

This stuff is weirdly mild, but works very well as a soup base, you should be able to use at least a teaspoon of this alongside an equivalent gochugaru per serving of food for someone with ZERO spice tolerance, and much much more for anyone who enjoys spicy food.

Bought this as the label displayed on the description did not state any traces of gluten and my husband is coeliac, however the actual product sent says 'may contain gluten' which means it is not coeliac friendly. Very disappointed but I love this product myself so will be keeping it, just a shame I can't share with my husband. Will be looking elsewhere for a gluten free paste.

This stuff is great. I originally came across Gochujang in one of these "simple cook" 3 ingredient jobs. Having very much enjoyed it, I decided to buy the ingredients in real quantities.I am very happy with this Gochujang, it has the same taste as the original stuff but is less spicy. I'm using 2 very heaped teaspoons with 1.5 cups of rice but it isn't hot enough so I'm topping it up with crushed chilli peppers. Hence, the reason for reducing a star. However, as this is my first time buying it I cannot say how it compares to other varieties.I would recommend this to anyone who's interested but I myself would look for a hotter variety next time.
