Great amplifiers! Inexpensive, good quality materials and the sound is wonderful! No batteries to have to deal with, easy to charge, and work great! They don’t fall out of his ears, and Hubby is as thankful as I am!

These hearing aids are priced well, they work fantastic. It takes a little getting used to being able to hear again, when I first put them in even the sound of crinkling paper was something that I never really heard before. I found that pushing the button in the center Reduces all of the background noise and even with a significant hearing loss problem I can hear everything for the first time they do take some time to get used to because when you first put them in everything will seem loud to you. The batteries last a long time , I would give these at least five stars and six if I could. The only thing is adjusting the volume when you have them in your ears is a little dial on the top and until you get used to adjusting the volume when they’re in your ears. It can be a little difficult , I would recommend these to anybody that has significant hearing loss like I do. Even if you have mild Hearing loss, you can turn the volume way down to one or less, and they would work for you as well. The comfort level I guess would depend on whether you’re used to having glasses or earbuds or something else laying just behind your ear.

These do not include rubber tips! They will also pick up every air movement, move of your glasses, etc. If you have a fan on, don't expect to be able to hear anything. Worst of all, at a level above 2 (they go to 4) they give an awful screeching if you so much as tilt your head. I was not able to discern a difference in modes. There is a mild beeping when you press the button, but the sound quality, noise reduction, etc never changed for either ear. The charger they come with is pretty nifty, admittedly.

Once I got a new, not used pair, I would order them again. I have sever hearing loss in my left ear, and I can actually hear with this amplifier. Does it increase as much as they say? No, but they increase more than any others that I have purchased and my ear doesn't seem to be allergic to the materials.

Had these a while. Now I feel I have some valuable input. There are some things in life that you just can't cheap out on. This is now on that list. About the only real benefit is I can watch TV with the volume turned way down. Not bothering the other half. I can hear the clock ticking and the dog breathing. Using them in the course of the day just isn't practical. If someone screams or if something is dropped, it hurts!! So darn loud. If anything gets too close to the ear, feedback starts screaming in your ear... Everything sounds like the old 10 transistor radio from the 70's...all treble and no bass. Yeah .. don't cheap out on something so important. Asking people to repeat themselves is no fun, but to sacrifice your ear drum for remedy is worse. Find a better way. Good luck.

Did not work for me. a lot of ambient noise and I have small ear canals so it did not fit well

I brought so many hearing all different prices. The Dellona ready works great, comfortable, five month still can hear great. I have severe hearing loss.

I have worn amplifiers for decades. Have tried just about every footprint -- over the ear, fine wire, in the ear. My hearing has diminished such that even at full volume, none of them were quite enough. When these were advertised for severe hearing loss, I decided to try them. WOW! Was I surprised!!. These are loud enough even at their lowest volume levels. The MODE button makes all the difference in the world as far as noise reduction. At factory setting, the sound of the fans in my room was disturbing But by adjusting the MODE, I got it down to very acceptable (I have a lot of fans in my rooms, I can't expect silence!!) I cannot say enough good things about these aids. Adjusting them takes time and patience, but I don't mean days or weeks, I mean minutes. These aids are exactly as advertised. If you have pretty significant hearing loss, you will NOT be disappointed. There really is an amplifier out there to get you the volume you need. THESE!!
