I've been researching these things ever since I received my new iPhone X ..... and (3) major issues have stopped me from buying right away.1. Price - most of the so-called good ones are like $60. But you don't get what you pay for, I learned.2. If you have a case on the phone or don't put the phone on the charger 'just right' it won't charge. TRUE!3. Almost all of them have bad reviews about how slow they charge. Like 11am - 3pm .. to get a full charge.That being said - I took a chance on this $20 rapid-charge product. Figure $20 - even if I'm wrong didn't lose much.Turns out it's AMAZING. And I like the 'stand' better than the flat surface products. Takes up less space and I can actually use/see the phone while it's in the stand. I'd highly recommend this!

Pros:Great design, good angle for viewing the always on screen of my S8Registers as a fast wireless charger and times seem on par with other fast wireless chargers I've usedLight indicator is noticeable but not bright enough to disturb you if you chose to place this by your bed.Great cooling, never been hot.Cons:No adapter (as stated in the item description) but using your phone's adapter is just fine and for the price I'm not complaining.No access to fingerprint reader but that's samsung's fault (You can always use Iris scanner/Face IDwhich does work great with the charger)Bottom Line:With a price like this and no noticeable technical problems, if you're in the market for a wireless charger I would recommend this product because it does everything the $40 manufacturer chargers can do at a quarter of the cost.

Most importantly, this unit does what it says it will - it fast charges my Samsung Galaxy S8+...which is exactly what I needed. I've compared it to the OEM power adapter with OE cable, and while not quite as fast, it still registers on the phone as "Fast Charging." I haven't done a "time from 50-100%" or anything, but I'll update this review if I ever do.While for the most part sturdy, it's not a very heavy stand, so my relatively tall and heavy S8+ feels like it could tip the base over when you're trying to place it at night/in the dark, or when half asleep...but so far that has not been an issue. The rubber feet keep it in place nicely - no risk of sliding around and/or scratching your wood table.The power/charging indicator is not overpoweringly bright and it's a relatively quiet unit, so it doesn't disrupt on the nightstand. I'd probably want less of a light bar on it, but again, it's not horrible. In fact, the single LED on my Galaxy Gear watch charger is brighter.EDIT: In hindsight, the light bar is pretty bright and distracting at night...bright enough to cast shadows. Nothing a little tape or sharpie can't fix, though.All in all, you can't go wrong for just over $20.

so I have not had much time to review this product but I can say the quality seems solid. it actually charges my Samsung s6 pretty quick with a cheap non oem cable. it is so good that it is only 10-20 mins slower than Samsung fast charge (10min @50% & 20min @100%) so not a whole lot different.the design is very sleek and the build quality is very solid. I like the led colors (blue: standby, green: charging and no light: fully charged).I am not sure how this product will hold up over time but because the device will always be stationary in one place and will never be moved, I'm sure I will get plenty of use out this device.I know that the quality sure surpasses my $6.50 unit from china based on usb input quality. I will be upgrading to a s9 soon and will probably do an update with fast charge experience when i upgrade.overall, I recommend this product.

I had been loving this product since I got it and started using it in February as it worked beautifully. Now however in May it is starting to no longer work. Specifically, in order for the device to charge my phone the cord plugged into it must be forcefully pushed into the base and pushed slightly up. Simply keeping it plugged in like normal doesn't seem to get any power going into the charger.Future buyer: this product is fairly inexpensive and works very well out of the box, BUT be warned that after 4 months mine is becoming very inconvenient to use and I am now in a position where I'm going to be shelling out ~$10 more than this one costs to get a reliable charger from the manufacturer. Your mile may vary.

I bought this to use for my iPhone 8 Plus. I read a lot of reviews saying certain ones won’t charge with covers on. IT’S ALL LIES!!! Using this charger I can charge my iPhone 8 Plus without cables and is in the Otterbox Defender series case. A buddy of mine has a regular snap on case and it charges just as well. For the price and the convince without using wires I recommend this one it’s better than the flat circular ones and being able to have a stand is a plus. Also one important thing, you’ll need to use either an LG or SAMSUNG charging brick to balance the amps I don’t know why they couldn’t include one but that’s the one that works best the iPhone one is ok but the LG or SAMSUNG charging brick has a higher amp rate suited for the charger. I bought this charger to use at work seeing how i just got it and noticed it doesn't come with the rapid charger adapter, but it comes with a cable. The description says without adapter but farther down says it comes with one, kinda confusing might want to fix that. I have a rapid charge adapter so it really isnt a big deal

Love it!! Bought a 2nd one already! Will probably buy more for other areas in the house! Great to only plug it in & just set the phone down. No digging for a cord & trying to plug into the phone!
