FAMEWomen's Basic Short Sleeve Chef Coat - C100PS

I am a 5’5.5” tall, 136lbs and usually wear medium EVERYTHING. But from the size chart I felt the need to purchase a size large. I’m wearing right now, the silhouette is very straight (I was expecting it to be a bit more shaped around the waist but it wasn’t) it definitely is a size large width wise and shoulders, so it’s big for me but I’m going to keep it just in case I get pregnant in the future. But the firearms are slim, you can barely fold them, I can fit into them with easy but ladies who are thicker around the arms might find this uncomfortable. The biceps are roomy for me but again I purchased a size larger. But mobility is great. I always had to wear men’s coats and it was too large even for smalls, this coat a size bigger than my normal size kind of reminds me of a men’s coat small but slimmer on the arms which makes it more comfortable. I will get a medium next time. Oh and the quality of the coat is stiff but not bad, I’m pretty sure after washing it, it will soften up.

I am a home cook who recently burned herself with hot oil on one wrist and with a baking sheet on her other arm. Decided I could use something with long sleeves in the kitchen. This chef coat is great for under $25. As another mentioned, it is stiff, and I am hoping it will soften upon washing but not a deal breaker for me. If I was working in a professional kitchen I may want something softer. I ordered the Small in pink (Raspberry). Just adore the color. I am 5'2", 115lbs. The sleeves were too long so I rolled them up once and that is perfect. As you can see, perhaps a little big overall but I want to be able to wear this over whatever I have on, so it works! Although there are 2 sets of buttons, you only button one side, but that can be either side. Small upper arm pocket for (thermometer or ?) but no other pockets. All in all, I am very pleased with this chef coat for home cooking!

It was way to small got the 2x and was about the size of a L.

I bought this coat for when I am working outside on colder days at events. It is thicker than some of my other chef coats, which is what I would looking for. Looks good and fits great!

I ordered a 2x and received a 3x. Very disappointed. Of course the 3x is too big. Looks like good quality. Like the color. Not sure if I want to order another one.
