I suffer from cramps every month. I would take Tylenol q 8 hrs and 800 mg of ibuprofen q 5 hrs or they would be unbearable. I am on month 2 of taking this. The first month I noticed improvement and only needed to take Tylenol/ibuprofen once. Currently on my second month and haven’t taken any. I have used a heating pad. I start a week before menses 30 drops/night and increase to 30 drops 3 xs daily once cramps start. The taste isn’t the best but does not linger. Definitely better than the alternative.

This is my go to for menstrual cramps. I take one measured teaspoon at a time for pain. When pain starts again I take another teaspoon.

I tried this to help stop preterm labor. It didn’t even make a difference with mild Braxton Hicks contractions. I haven’t tried it for period pain yet, but I have my doubts considering it didn’t even make a dent with a crampy uterus at 25 weeks.
