Ok. Item came in one piece. Finish on the product was professional and clean. Wired in well. Hasn't blown-up yet, a week in. Only niggle with it would be the wire box for the power supply. Its blasted tight, for the core of cable you're meant to use ! Similar model I had 20 years ago, this is replacing, had loads of wiring room. Looks clean and good though..So im happy.. so long as it continues not blowing up ;)

Stainless hob
The appliance itself was ok for 4 months but has got a fault on one of the hob plates it stopped workingI emailed the company and let them knowBut they wanted serial number, all sorts of numbers and various other stuff.As the job is fitted into the work top I couldn’t find what I needed to send them.It is still under warranty till SeptI thought that the proof of purchase and a phone call from them would sufficeIt needs to be sent back, but we are just using the 3 plates instead of the faulty fourth

Eating made easy
Don’t waste time with hob cleaners get this new one. Simple to use, heats up quickly, with a jolly electrician,in and in use in a flash.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor quality product.
I would avoid this product. all 4 plates burnt out after 18 months. !! Avoid and save your money. I called customer services and they said if the product is not registered, they will not support. I've bought many electrical appliances in the past and forgot to register them, no other brand would ever use that as an excuse to not provide service for their products.
