Use was easy, works great. Gets hot enough to do exactly what i need and was a good value. Durability is great cause it's thick metal. The color was so cute.

First, I love that getting this in pink was an option! It also is pretty compact to store so it won't take up a ton of space when not in use. Setup and use was easy straight out of the box. I got it on sale so it was a great deal which made me finally make the purchase. The quality seems great because the hat patches turned out amazing!

UPDATE: the seller was great at communicating and I did return the hat press for a refund, and they are sending me a new press. I will update the actual function once it arrives but I'm definitely feeling more positive after speaking with them. The screen/temperature gage were malfunctioning as soon as I tried to use it. It would read 700° when I set it at 350°, them the temp would jump around to all kinds of weird numbers. Although I tried to press a sublimation patch and it wasn't even hot enough to sub (when set at 350). I would not recommend.

The press fits hats well. But, it’s difficult to get them to stay in place so you can press. While putting the heating unit back, the cord curled, touching the heating element. It happened so fast but actually melted the cord. The covering around it is plastic and it only took a split second to melt it. It’s difficult to keep the cord straight. I attempted to contact the company via email and never got a reply. I’m currently in the market for a new press.

The little thing is very well made, it's very light, and it definitely get the job done. It heats up so quick it's unbelievable and it is so easy to use. I would definitely recommend in fact I think I might get one or two more when I go on my little outings
