This scale works as expected for weighing my arrows. I have a target weight for my arrows and this scale has proven useful to help me get the desired weight forward of center.

Th calibration process needs a weight that works. Comes with a 20g weight but need a 50g to calibrate. Unless they shipped it already calibrated which doesn’t say. Directions tell you to calibrate. Once calibrated works great

Decent scale, but whatever you do don't try to calibrate the scale unless you have a 500g calibration weight!! Instructions lead you to believe the scale should be calibrated, but they don't include a weight with the scale to perform the calibration procedure. If you try to calibrate with the included weight, you will brick the scale and it will be useless.Returned the original and was sent a replacement that worked just fine. Weighed all my arrows on two different scales and the grain weight was exactly the same on the SPG and my Hornady scale. The Hornady seems to be a little better construction and the SPG seems to be a clone of the Hornady.Only time will tell if the SPG will hold up. I've had the Hornady for about 7 or 8 years and I've used it to reload 1000's of rounds measuring to the 1/100th of a grain.This seems to be a decent buy for the money, but I'll only be using it for arrows and broadhead and not for measuring powder for reloads. I don't trust it that much yet due to the instruction error and no calibration weight included with the purchase.

Package was open when it came. The arrow holder was missing and now it won’t reset.

This scale is advertised as being for the weighing of archery arrows, and I am sure it would do excellently for that purpose, but that is greatly underselling its usefulness.First, it offers an astonishing variety of units - grams, ounces, gn ,ct, tl, ozt, and dwt. That pretty much covers everything you'd ever want, and more.It has a convenient tare function, so you can properly weight the amount of something lightweight in a container e.g. tea or spice.Most unusual of all, there is a specially calibrated 20g weight included, which can be used to run a self-calibration cycle for extra accuracy. This makes the scale suitable for light scientific purposes, e.g. a school chemistry experiment.The build quality of the casing is not the greatest - it's cheap plastic, so you'll want to be careful handling it. Other than that, though, this scale is superb, and for an extremely affordable price given all that it offers. If you want to accurately weigh things that are small and light, this is what you need.
