Too difficult to use, no support
We tried and tried to print our own items, but this unit would only print the samples that came on the flash drive. Error after error when we attempted to print anything else with their software and support. Try another brand. This unit is a no go

Can’t get a replacement part even though it’s under warranty
I got this printer about 6 months ago and it was fantastic at first but after every print I had more and more fails and relies the screen was fading and thought since I bought the warranty just to be safe to get a new one. I was told that my only option is to return and repurchase a new printer but I tried to get a replacement screen instead but was continually told that i had to ship it back and reorder a whole new printer 🤦 if you don’t want a printer that will stop working and have to buy replacement parts yourself I recommend getting a different printer 😑

Only accepts the USB that came with it.
Only accepts the USB that came with it. you can not add files to the USB so your stuck with 4 models to choose from. No customer service at all.

Best First Resin Printer EVER!!!
Oooh I loved this printer. I'ts my first resin type and it's amazing. I had no idea how to use it, so I just went with the user guide, and I got a flawless first print. The leveling was super easy, I still can't believe it. I have 2 filament printer and obviously I have some experience with them but it's still a headache, but this one was so perfect. like love at first sight. Even my friends and family are all impressed on how easy was to get a 10/10 print. I also had to reach out to the customer service team, and they were amazing!!!! I have nothing negative so far to say, it's been a month and I'm in love with my Orange 4k.
