We purchased these for our honeymoon in case it rained. They are made of a tough but silky material. Good size they fitted me (Size 8) and my husband (manly size 6+ ft) both with bags on us. I rained all afternoon and these kept the rain off of us and kept me warm as they act as a wind breaker too. Green is a nice green too not garish or too bright.

I bought this to carry in my bag to work, for periods it starts raining and to use when I go out walking/rambling. My experience seen me wet after our ramble. Perhaps it'd be alright for use in a crowd at a festival, I won't find out.
