Excellent product, worked seamlessly with Teams for interviews and business use on Windows 11. The product will sit neatly on its base or the base folds out to place it on top of the monitor or TV. Has built in microphones too if you are using a desktop computer. Good value for the price and works well with good quality image and microphone. Wolas plug and play on Windows 11.

Compact device with a reasonably generous length of USB cable -- comfortably sits on top of the monitor with a folding clip that keeps it secure but without putting too much pressure on the monitor frame. The camera itself is on a small ball mount which gives a bit of flexibility in aiming it. There's not much range of movement, but there was no trouble getting it to include me centre-frame when sitting at the desk. There's also a tripod mount built into the clip if you want/need to position it elsewhere. Functionally, it Just Worked... No setup or anything - plugged it in, launched FaceTime / Photobooth / VoiceRecorder and they all found the camera and used it without needing any help. (Mac mini / macOS Tahoe). Image quality is better than I expected (for a budget web-cam); certainly more than good enough for video-calls and the like. Maybe a little bit noisy in low-light, but not too bad. And people I've called have said the video and audio are both fine. Some reviewers commented (/complained) that there was no privacy cover -- no idea whether they genuinely didn't get one or just didn't look closely in the box. it's a separate piece that clips on to the main body, with a flap to fold down in front of the lens. (It came wrapped in its own plastic bag which I initially wrote off as a USB-A/USB-C adapter, so I can understand some people might overlook it.) To be honest, it's probably easier to unplug the USB cable if you're worried about privacy (and that will take the microphone out as well) - but some people might find the cover useful to temporarily block the camera mid-call. All in all, for £15 it's a great little web-cam. Would be happy to buy again / recommend to others.

Excellent quality and a trusted brand. I have used a variety of Ugreen products so it has become a trusted brand. The quality of video is clear and bright compared to my existing webcam and sound is clear due to front facing microphone. The wide aspect means that I don't appear too close to the screen as I did with my built in cam so the zoom out is preferable on this though not adjustable as far as I can see. I'm using this on a desktop - it has the advantage of being able to be positioned in any direction meaning the camera does not have to be in the middle centre position and because of the zoomed out aspect, this isn't really noticeable for the viewer. This is useful as I have my lamp just above the pc in that mid position. Highly recommended

Plug and play - worked first time, no drama! Working from home - video quality is good. What I really like is the mount that allows the camera to be mounted on top of the monitor and rotated left or right - great feature, it also has the option to be mounted on top of a tripod. Privacy cover shielding the lens is a nice to have. Overall very satisfied with this webcam.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this webcam. The picture is clear, and it sits neatly on top of the monitor without feeling unstable. I use it mainly for Teams calls and wear a headset, so I can’t comment much on the built-in microphones — but for video quality it’s been absolutely solid. It does come with a privacy cover — it’s in a small bag inside the box, so be careful not to accidentally throw it away with the packaging. One of the main reasons I bought this was because it can tilt and rotate, and that’s been really useful. It makes it easy to get a good angle, especially if you rearrange your room or desk setup. Overall, very happy with it — great quality for the price and nice flexibility in positioning.

This is a good quality budget webcam. It is easy to install (I didn’t have to do anything but plug it in, to be fair, as my computer took care of the rest, automatically) and sits nicely on top of my screen. It can also be used with a tripod if that’s your preference. The image and sound quality are both clear. I’ve not had any issues with connectivity to date, either. Overall, this item is a solid budget option for those in need of a no-frills webcam.

The webcam is straightforward to use as it operates automatically upon connection. However, it lacks the ability to adjust exposure. This is problematic as I am positioned in front of a window, which results in excessive brightness. It's unsuitable for work as it creates an unprofessional appearance. I am considering returning it to determine if an alternative with more settings is available.

Good enough camera and mic. I needed it for a interview. The functionality is great worked well. Plug and play. The sound quality is above par compared to other brands. The actual unit looks durable enough and does not feel cheap. I am deducting a star as in the picture there was a cover and I have not received one. Many people feel lied to after this. Not thr biggest issue but I feel it needs mentioning.

I am very happy with this UGREEN webcam. The 1080p resolution is sharp and much better than my laptop's built-in camera. The microphone picks up my voice clearly, and it was truly plug-and-play. Excellent value for the price!
