Q: What is The level of alcohol in this wine

This kit requires the addition of sugar meaning you can cater the abv to your desired level. I tend to brew ot to around 11%. I hope this helps.

Q: How much actual grape juice is there in the 30 bottle kit?

Having just weighed the container of grape juice concentrate I can tell you that this is a little over 1.5Kg which is why you will need to add between 3 and 4 Kg of sugar depending on the ABV you want the wine to wind up having.
