Great chair !!!
Great chair all around. Easy to assemble, and extremely comfortable. If reclined you can easily fall asleep on this chair. The vinyl is well compacted and very tight. There aren’t empty spaced areas like other chairs. The quality of the material seems to be good quality. The massage pillow is a great addition. The pink color pops and is a nice bright shade. I would highly this chair 5/5

Nice chair!!
I'm in love with this chair!! It's cute and functional!! The comfort level is great!! I haven't used the lumbar support massage part yet but should make it even better. It wasn't easy to put together however. It took awhile to put it together. Reading the instructions was complicated. Parts should be labeled, at least on the packaging. That would make it so much easier. Although once I figured everything out it went smoothly.

I regret this purchase.
This thing... Is cool if you are laying back in it. You can lay back like it says, pretty much flat. And the foot rest is cool to have. I'm 5 ft 2 though and I don't think it is really long enough. I suppose if you are a gamer and leaning pretty far back using a console you will be fine but if you are doing school work, gaming on a computer or working don't get this chair because the seat itself tilts forward and it is a nuisance and really difficult to work in. The massager is okay. The cord is maybe 4 feet. You will probably need an extension cord, at any length and be careful of running over the cord with the wheels. The adjustable pillows are difficult to keep in place and the foot rest kind of slides out on its own when not in use. It was, however, super easy to assemble, and it looks pretty nice when it's set up. The fabric also gets pretty hot when you sit on it for extended periods of time. I have had this chair for 2 days and I know I will not be keeping it.

EASY SET UP AND COMFORTABLE
The box was so heavy! When I opened the box I’m going to be honest, I was a little intimidated by all the pieces and worried I couldn’t assemble it on me own. But I was surprised and proud of myself because it was easy to assemble. It came with all you needed so no screwdriver or drill is necessary. The massage part is a UBS component but that’s not a big deal to me. Once I plugged it in and pushed the button, my back felt like I was being massaged by one of those massage guns. It’s AMAZING!This chair is higher than most and provides great support. Overall it’s pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the arm rest do not lock in their side to side movement. They will occasionally move when I don’t want them to. Although there were several parts it was easy to put together. Instructions were very straightforward. I’ll probably have to get a plastic mat. Overall thought, I’m pleased with my purchase. It’s still comfortable and supportive. Which is why I got it.

Better than anything I found offline!
This is the first desk chair that I have ever bought brand new. I was a little skeptical buying one online, sight unseen and unsat when some people said it wasn't the easiest to assemble, but decided to take a chance because it had everything I wanted and the price was way less than anything I found at any of the big box office supply stores.I also had my reservations when some said the armrests don't lock in place. The verdict? I looked at the diagrammed directions and after making sure I had all of the parts, I had it all together within about 20 minutes. As for the armrests, they raise up and down, and pivot in and out slightly, but that adjustment "clicks" into place, so there was less movement that I was anticipating once the arm rests are adjusted.Like many at this time, I work and teach from home, which means a HUGE amount of time in an office chair. I only just received the chair today, but I think the gamble will pay off. I'm currently taking a break in it, feet propped up on the footrest, back inclined, removable pads adjusted, and the vibrating lumbar pillow on.I might just chill here for a while.
