At first when I order I thought of searching about seller and then I saw ton of reviews which made me mad that mine ps5 scenario going to be same...but kay Kay overseas or electronic bazzar did their work great....good packaging no problem with any box.. warranty card was included in it. It arrived in Amazon box. Which was well pack... Overall my experience was good. Hope yours too...although I got this late as I pre order it so, I should have get this early but Amazon...but still I am happy now I get to play MARVEL SPIDERMAN 2 in this beast. Totally worth for me...

On time delivery, box slightly damaged
Packing was damaged. I would have rated it 5 if outer cover was not torn. No damage inside however.
