Love this item and how it has made my life so much easier. With having a young baby I don't get the time any more to clean all windows, porch and patio doors. Purchasing this has more than halved the time it takes to clean them and they are even left looking cleaner and streak-free compared to manually cleaning. Good battery, it managed to clean our porch windows and doors, large double patio doors and around 8 windows all on one charge. It doesn't feel heavy and wasn't left with a sore arm after finishing all windows and doors but doesn't feel flimsy either. Holds a good amount of water, was amazed at how dirty the water came out! Easy to pour water out and clean. Only Gripe is it can be slightly awkward as you get to the bottom of windows when there are sills in the way, would have been good if you could tilt or angle the squeegee a little to prevent this issue.

I could have saved myself over a decade of horrid window washing if I'd listened to some one who raved about the Kaercher. Using caution, my tv screens and large picture frame glass have been cleaned in seconds, as well as the fiddly interior front screen car window. One star off because the box was soaked by a broken cleaner sachet and firm didn't acknowledge. I used a spot of washing up liquid and 2 teaspoons dishwasher rinse instead and it worked wonderfully.

Everything works! It did its job. The balcony is clean!👍
