I ordered two of these costumes, each a different size because I wasn’t sure if they would fit well.My adult daughter (who is also attending the pirate party) grabbed one and took off with it! When she emerged from her room dressed in it (even though it is supposed to be a man’s costume) I almost hit the floor as to how STUNNING SHE LOOKED IN IT!!! She has ordered a bicorn hat and black ruffled shirt and perfect boots to complete the outfit. She looks fantastic!I can’t say enough praise for the quality and workmanship that went into making this costume! It is very substantial and so velvety feeling. It is also completely lined which really indicates the quality of it! Also the ornate gold pattern is embroidered, again quality!! We are going to enjoy wearing this costume for years to come!There may be a contest at the party for best costume, which I believe we will win hands down!!!Definitely keeping both costumes and loving them!!!Also the costumes arrived earlier than originally scheduled, again quality!!If I had a picture of her in the costume, I would post it. Sadly I don’t and she prefers not to post it.I ordered the maroon colored version because I wanted the ornateness of the gold embroidery. It is just spectacular….I forgot to mention the attention to detail with the many buttons and the vest being true brocade. There’s so much detail that their photos don’t do them justice. And the price can’t be beat with that kind of quality!We both just love the costumes. My husband was actually jealous because he didn’t get one, but he chose not to go on the cruise where the pirate party is going to be held.If you are looking for a well made costume for long term role playing events, this is the one! You will not be disappointed in this purchase! Everyone will think you spent an inordinate amount of time and money in making this costume because of how great it looks and it will give you much pleasure in wearing it for quite some time!I can praise this because I worked as a seamstress for a movie studio and have years of experience in costume making!

My partner and I took a trip to NYC to see Moulin Rouge on Broadway. I wanted something fitting the theme to wear, and it fit perfectly. (FYI - I am 5'11", 230 pounds, and bought a 3X size jacket.) Here is the shot of me trying it on when it first arrived. It is a comfortable fit, and looks great, but it is still a costume piece, not meant to be worn frequently.

I bought this as an alternative jacket for a Victorian holiday party and I’ll also be able to wear this for Halloween etc.. Nice quality, highly recommend it fits perfectly!

Real conformable

Very nice for the price. But I had to go up TWO sizes. Runs small.

The only thing I dislike is that there is no reason for me, at this time, to buy another 1 or 2 !!! This overcoat is exactly what I wanted. The colors are beautiful, detailed quality and the fit was perfect. I'm 6ft / 240 lbs and the XXL was just right. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is perfect for our wedding theme!

Material is thin, good if your wearing in warmer climates, fits well, but not near as glitzy as I thought it would be, used it one evening for working as clown, got a good response from people, for the money it's ok, but if you plan on using it a lot, you might want to think about something better

my mom ordered it to large but its fine because she knew she ordered a large. It still fit real nice, it also went through the was and came out with its buttons. I like the product and might order another one!
