If you're looking to take your greens this is an easy extra way of taking them and getting micronutrients vitamins and minerals overall pretty happy with them will probably buy them again in the future

These are unusual for veggie blends because they do not have spinach!  Spinach is a migraine trigger for many.  So I was super excited to see these.  Be aware though, even if they're called Pure Greens Blend, there are fruits as well (some of which are also migraine triggers...).  I appreciate there's no other supplements or fillers snuck in here to go along with the veggies/fruits.  The down side is the serving side is 4 capsules.  I'm dividing them between lunch & dinner to make sure I don't get an stomach upset, so far it's ok.  The capsules themselves are the standard size and unfortunately do have a smell of grass and maybe a little garlic (? there is no garlic in them, so that's probably not right).  But a smell is to be expected, and if they help it's not too bad to overcome.  They're GMP certified and manufactured in the US, although it says the ingredients are sourced worldwide.  Since it doesn't say organic, it makes me slightly concerned over how the veggies/fruits were grown.  I'd also like to know how many servings of veggies these are equivalent to.

My schedule has picked up and I'm not always eating right. This is, for me, a complete and balanced super greens formulation I feel I can count on to supplement my nutrition without having to mix it in water or juice. It's important to me that it's organic, non-gmo, tested and free from the additives contained in others that I've tried. It does take 4 caps to ingest the amount of nutrients listed on the label, but that's not a prob for me.

I recently tracked how many different plants I ate each day for a specific week. I counted variations such as two kinds of squash as being two plants, and I counted the plants used in various supplements. I had expected 40, the number turned out to be 58. But it's much better than not having those foods at all. Some of the most super of super foods are in here: beet roots, kale, carrots, strawberries, garlic, and blueberry (among others).For people who have an acquired taste for highly processed poison, er, I mean "food", it is difficult to transition to a human-compatible diet because delicious foods like beets often taste awful to those on such a diet. What to do? You can use a supplement like this (and this particular one is a good way to go due to what's in it) to get the needed nutrients that you are now missing. Then as you eliminate poisons such as canola oil, safflower oil, vegetable oil, wheat, etc., you start adding in things like spinach, apples, and beets to replace them. You can take the necessary time to recalibrate your palate, while ensuring during that whole time you have the nutrition you were missing.

I haven't seen a lot of difference to be honest but I would recommend to drink a lot of water with these. They smell like a veggies in a capsule, and don't have an after taste or bad burps. Overall, I recommend them.

One serving is 4 capsules, so this bottle is a 30 day supply. I know I do not get enough fruits and vegetables, so this is a good way for me to add some vitamins and minerals to my diet daily. It is easy to take the 4 capsules with a glass of water. I really don't notice a smell or taste.

No artificial preservatives, good ingredients including different typles of grasses. Don't put down grass for ingredients. This is very nutritional grass, not what makes your lawn. Good mix of fruit and dark leaf greens. This is a good supplement to make sure you cover all your vegetable and fruit intake
