Product had a lot of sugar crystalized in it & was unusable

Product had a lot of sugar crystalized throughout the syrup, not just the bottom. Slow heating was laborious and didn't get rid of all the crystals, which were quite large and all were crunchy. It was really unusable and not eligible for a refund or replacement. Taste was so-so and I usually love coffee-infused products. Could have been sweeter for my preference, but maybe not yours.
