This stuff is a game changer! Recently used on a remodel and it saved so much time not having to tape off all the trim and wainscoting. I have been caulking my trim jobs for years because it adds a high end finished look to my work. I have always taped everything off, caulked, then sometimes (if the trim isn't white or another standard caulk color) taped again to paint the matching paint color over the caulking to achieve the high end results I provide my customers. With this stuff I mix it, wait 30 minutes (as required for the caulk to set up) then apply and done!!! Incredible time and material savings. Highly recomend this product!!

I did freak out a little at first because our room is a very dark navy and the caulk started very light, but dried the exact color of our walls. It's glossier than the typical paintable caulk we've used before, but man... what a time saver! Also, after waiting about 45 minutes (directions recommend 30) it was still a little runny, so I suggest waiting at least an hour before using. That helped a lot! Really, really impressed.

I'll be honest, I really didn't expect this product to live up to it's claims (and neither did my painting contractor). When we started mixing it up we didn't believe that my dark grey paint would blend with the milky white caulking and end up looking anything close to the original paint color. We were wrong! Once it was applied and dry, it matched perfectly. I mean perfectly.Not only would I use this product again, my paint contractor is going to start using it as it will save him from doing a ton of cutting in work.

A pretty amazing product that is easy to use and looks good when applied. I have used this product for a little less than one month when painting a bedroom. The directions were clear and the product mixed easily without having to use a mechanical mixer. As I did not finish the painting in one day, I capped the tube per the instructions and stored it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Upon removal from the refrigerator, the product applied just as easily as before. The product is a little less viscous that most regular caulk, but it is easy to apply with a little practice and cleanup is easy with water.

Bought this early so I would have it when I was ready. Didn't have a single tube of thickener in the box. Useless!

My first time using this product although I have been reading about it in the trade magazines..I used it on a job to caulk seams in a large gate that was being painted a dark charcoal. The previous contractor had used a white caulk and when the wood moved and cracked the paint the caulk would show through and the homeowners hated it.I mixed according to direction except I shook it for about double the amount of time required. It seemed to take that long before it appeared to mix completely.I hope the durability is up to par.Sashco is known for making a great product.
