These gummies are advertised as "maximum strength" and definitely live up to the name. I've always had trouble going to bed at a good time. I like to stay up late and if I try to go to bed early I usually just end up tossing and turning in my bed for hours, unable to fall asleep. While the serving size is two, it only takes one gummy less than 15 minutes to have me struggling to even keep my eyes open. These really work, and I like that they don't leave you still feeling drowsy the day after like some melatonin brands do. I also like that they are gluten free & Non-GMO, and also taste really good just like a berry gummy treat.
