حبيتها .. فيها مميزات ما تتوفر ف المكانس الآخرةالتنظيف و التنشيف الذاتي بعد الاستخدامفي وضع اوتوماتكي لأنواع الارضيات يتغير من نفسهوضع غسيل الارضيات بالماي و الصابونحتى بعد الكنس .. حبيتوا تغسلون الأرضية.. ما يحتاج تروحون تاخذون ممسحة و مسك و تنشيف.. كل تسوي كل هذا ..القاعة جميلة جدا . فيها شحن الجهاز و أيضا تنظيف الجهازالحلو انه الجهاز نفسه يقولك افرغ الخزان او غير الماي او حطه بالشاحن ..في قاعدتين و ايي وياه صابون ..الخزان النظيف تحت المقبض من ورىالخزان اللي يجمع الوصخ من جدام ..فيه فلترتين.. و أيضا فيه قطعتين للممسحة..

Very Good

Already malfunctioning after few use, unreliable product and extremely expensive. Not worth the money. I have been trying to get the vacuum fixed for the past couple of months but they have been bouncing me around to different places and finally I was told to take it to Eros to get it fixed but Eros is telling me that I have to pay for it. The worst company and worst product. Please stay away and don’t buy. It’s a scam product.

I really wanted to love the Dreame H12 Dual. It’s sleek, powerful, and the self-cleaning feature is a big plus. However, right out of the box, it kept saying “Please fill clean water tank” even though the tank was full and properly inserted. I followed all troubleshooting steps — reseated the tank, cleaned the sensor, tried resets — nothing worked.For a premium product, I expected better reliability or at least a quick fix, but this seemed like a hardware fault. It’s a shame because when it did run briefly, it performed well. Unfortunately, I have to return it and look for a more dependable alternative.

Easy to use and it helps a lot to vacuum and mop at the same time.

The water tank started to leak after using and it doesn’t even fall of break. It just leaks from the side as if it is not sealed well

IT was ok for one year, then level MAX started being very noisy, and now it's not working at all... what's more, warranty is a lie ! They say they cannot replace the the faulty part...
