Diamond of California Pecan Pie Pecan Snack Nuts 3.25 oz

I'm whatever about pecan pie, to be honest. It's a little too sweet for me; I usually prefer sweet potato pie or something like that. But I actually really enjoy the flavor of these. They feel a little bit indulgent, but not too much. I usually mix these with some plain pecans or other nuts to keep the sugar content down even more.

These are great for cookies, pie, pancakes or just eat them as a snack! I have them delivered every 2 months so I can always have them on hand.

Most importantly, tastes like pecan pie! Texture is perfectly crunchy without the candied coating being too hard or sticky for teeth. Only gripe is that I wish the bag was bigger for the price, but I expect seasonal flavors to be smaller and pricier. Not too far off on price though, in my opinion. Great quality and flavor! This would make a great snack for a festive party dish or stocking stuffer for those that love the flavor of pecan pie. Diamond nailed it with this one.

I liked the pecan pie flavor of these Diamond pecans. The coating makes them good for a crunchy snack or salad topping perhaps. The stamp on the bag reads "best by April 21, 2027" which is 7 months from my purchase. The pecans themselves were dry and didn't taste very fresh. The bag claims to have 3, 1/4-cup servings which isn't so. Also, the pecans are in 'pieces' -not halves or whole. I will wait for a sale before purchasing again because I think $5/bag is too high for what you get.
