I made some moraiyo porridge with this millet and it turned out great. This millet is very fine. When rinsing it, the water was very clean. It cooked up nicely, becoming very tender in the porridge. The internal bag is vacuum sealed, but the outer bag is good resealable ziplock for fresh storage. This is a very healthy grain, high in protein and fiber.

This organic barnyard millet comes in a vacuum sealed bag inside a thick zipper bag - which was super convenient because when I first saw it it I thought I'd need to find a container to hold it. The millet seems fresh, so far it has been very clean, and it cooks nicely. I've already used it twice and barely put a dent in the package so I think this is going to last a while.
