Don't buy

Very bad product and extremely poor after sales service.I made a mistake of purchasing this item in June. My electrician found it difficult to install it properly because of bend and misalignment of the base; however he managed to install it somehow. But after powering up, the motor wouldn't run. I took it up with Amazon, and as per their advice, I raised a complaint with Crompton. Their service engineer visited and after a few attempts, he certified that it needs replacement.After waiting for about a week, I myself took the motor to the Crompton authorised service centre (from where they came for inspection), and deposited there, but even after so many days, I am still awaiting the replacement.
