These lights are great, we've already set up two sets of cool white in the 90s high top van we're converting back into a camper ready to go touring and do festivals this year but we wanted a red set to use for night time lighting, I have a condition that can bring on vertigo attacks if I'm in complete darkness so I need enough light to be able to see at least a little bit 24/7, very dim red, blue or green work best for me so red it is.The beauty of these lights is that the are very configurable, if you plan carefully you can set them up to run as many or as few of the strips as you like, I'm fortunate in that I have a friend who is helping with all the controls for the lighting but you can find tutorials and videos online that will show you all manner of tips and methods to wire them and set up controls.Today we connected these up to the system we've already installed for the white lights and they look great, as a basic setup they are really very easy to install and connect, we're running them from a 12v utility batteries with a solar charging system so they won't need any connection to the van at all.I once ran a set of these as lighting in a shed from a12v car battery and they use so little power it was almost a year before I needed to charge it so the setup we're using should solve all the lighting needs.If you're looking to do a setup for a camper, just want better lighting in a van or for that matter a shed, garage or somewhere in your home these are great, so easy to use and so configurable you can do almost any lighting you want with them.Five stars.

Wired these into the back of my van and they were awful, provide absolutely no light what so ever. So went straight in the bin as I missed the returns window. Useless product

The media could not be loaded.  This is very nice bright interior light for any automobile but perfect for van. I purchase it for my brother who love to decorate his van and he loved it. Very easy to install and in reasonable price.

These are a versatile set of lights with varied uses. I’ve installed my set in a shed. For years I’ve relied on the modern equivalent of the old 60w bulb dangling in the middle of said shed. It’s always provided adequate light, so long as you stand in the centre of the shed. Move to a corner, or one end or the other and darkness falls. I end up standing in my own shadow in semi darkness.These new lights, installed around the top of the shed walls, eliminate any shadow and the whole space is evenly lit in bright white light. As I’ve mounted them on a wood batten I’ve attached them with screws so haven’t had to rely on the tape provided.I like these lights, they look good, they do the job I bought them for and they do it very well. I recommend these lights.

I've only tested these for brightness, not installed yet.I'm refurbishing a campervan at the moment and got these with the idea of using them more for decorative effect. On testing, I find they are bright enough, and enough of them, to use as the main lights so, I may have a re-think on best use.Fortunately they come with the option of sticky tabs or clips for fixing. This will allow me to experiment with different ideas on placement by using the sticky tabs and use the clips for final fixing once I've decided what to do.In the listing there is instructions to connect banks of 20 in parallel, it would have been nice to have a leaflet to that effect included.Making the decision on best use will be the hardest thing about installing these.
