These patches have helped me a great deal. In falling asleep quicker and getting a better quality sleep. I feel less tired during the day and have more energy. Definitely worth a try.

Give them time!
I was recommended these by a friend who in turn was recommended them by a GP.Any expectation you have of these working after one night should be dismissed… they take time. Give them a week or so and you will notice better quality sleep and as someone who struggled to get to sleep these have made a massive noticeable difference. I alternate them around my body (as suggested on the box) so one night wrists, then neck then top of hands etc.they worked for me. For £4 it’s worth giving them a go…. Just give it time

Not For Me
Unfortunately these didn't work for me. Firstly they didn't stick I had to try 3 different patch before I got one to stick. They didn't really help with sleep. I'm struggling with insomnia right now and they haven't helped. I'm forever hopeful that they will work but not so lucky at the moment
