Detached in ear
Like others have warned, the tube slides onto the base and will detach while you're spraying. I had to pick it out of my ear canal with tweezers.

Very poor design
It doesn't fit or connect to the ear irrigation tubing. I had to use 10 CC syringe to flush or perform ear irrigation.

These fit my Bocoolife ear cleaning kit
These work great with the BOCOOLIFE Ear Cleaning Kit that I purchased on Amazon last year. I compared them with the ones that came with my kit, and they're identical, although looking at the BOCOOLIFE Ear Cleaning Kit that I purchased, they've changed the tips that come with the kit. The base looks the same. I can't count how much time and money we've saved having an ear cleaning kit. Now, with 90 extra tips, I think we're good for the apocalypse. Although, since November 5, I feel like the apocalypse has been pushed back for at least 4 years - never hurts to be prepared, though!

Not compatible
Not compatible with the Tilco ear syringing kit despite it specifically stating that its compatible with "all" kits. And I tried really hard to find some way to force them on too. Really frustrating because I didnt find out until after I ran out of my old ones and after the return window was closed. False advertising!
