An amazing coffee machine – beyond expectations
I have been using this machine since November 12, 2024, and I can confidently say it’s an outstanding coffee machine. The dual bean containers are a fantastic feature – I can easily separate decaf and regular beans, or use my premium beans from Italy in one container and my everyday beans in the other. The self-cleaning system is excellent, always giving the feeling of drinking coffee from a freshly cleaned machine. Manual cleaning is also incredibly simple, and the machine smartly tells you exactly when and how to do it. The coffee variety is much broader than I expected. At first, I thought it was just about different names, but as I tried coffees from different countries, I truly felt the unique culture behind each one. My favorite so far is the “San Francisco Red Eye” – it has an amazing taste and you can clearly notice the brewing difference. In short, this machine brings the barista experience home with advanced technology, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves high-quality coffee.

Best automatic machine I have ever purchased. Always wanted it and now I have it. Hassle free great tasting bean to cup how I want it when I want it :)

Very good - not quite great
Bought to replace a Delonghi primadonna elite - and glad i did! Easy to set up, intuitive interface and the espresso's are out of this world. I usually drink black coffees but I agree with many other reviews on here when i do swap - milky drinks are a bit on the cool side. Would I buy it again - yes!

Nice, machine with many options for drinks
After the last machine I had, I wanted a dual hopper machine. I didn't even know such a machine existed, other than having a spare hopper you can swap out. I was very happy when I discovered this machine, so I can have decaf and full caf bean without any faffing around. So things I love: I love that you can make weak to really strong coffee with just a stroke to change it. Plus being able to save to favourites so I have made 2 faves for me and 2 each for daughter and SIL. I love the variety the machine can give too. Very easy to use (I use barrista mode so I guess the other mode is even easier). I love the modern look to the machine too. What I did not like as much: The manual you get is far from clear... the pictures are small and unclear and I found it difficult to follow. I should add that I am quite tech savvy so have not had this issue before. For eg, when you take the side out with the water container then take the 2nd part out, there are 2 plastic red parts that there is *no* mention at all of in parts so when I had to remove one to remove the tape, the other came away too and there were *no* instructions saying what they were for or how to get them back in place. IMO a major omision in the instructions. Also, there are so many diagrams all in the front of the manual that every time you are checking how to do something, you need to go back and find the correct diagram. It would make far more sense to have each diagram on the page explaining what things are for/how to do something. I read one review saying they set it up and working within 20 minutes - I found it took a lot longer. Coffee tastes wonderful - although getting the strength just right takes some hits and misses. I like the large water tank - although that requires quite some space on that side. I would prefer a larger milk tank as this runs out much quicker than the water. . However, so far, despite the minor niggles I love this machine. Very early days, but so far, so good. Oh one tip, leave a cup underneath all the time as it does things automatically that spurts out water.

Self cleaning delicious coffee making machine
Absolutely LOVE this machine. My kitchen aid Nespresso machine finally gave up after years of making good coffees but I’ve wanted a bean to cup machine for some time. I love coffee and I like to drink decaffeinated in the afternoon so only wanted a two hop machine. It’s self cleaning is just a dream. I’m absolutely delighted with it and would highly recommend it. I’d call myself a mild coffee snob and this machine produces delicious coffee (naturally bean dependent but that is subjective) I’ve seen some comments about heat but as a black coffee drinker it’s more than hot for me and friends have enjoyed the milky varieties immensely.

This could be a good machine, if they were to sort out some poor features.
We are about to ask for a replacement machine, as the original will not connect to the internet via the app as stated. Also the milk coffee and others come through tepid in temperature, we have found it necceary to place in microwave before consuming. Customer services has informed that users should warm milk before operating. My reaction to this is "when paying £1200 for an automatic coffee machine one should not have to use a microwave in order to bring the temperature up to a drinkable standard. they have informed me that the low milk temperature is standard. We will ask for a replacement of this otherwise good machine, if still unable to connect to the internet we will; have to ask for a refund as connecting to the internet is the main reason we chose this one as I am a disabled person and would wish to operate remotely for ease of use.
