Q: Does it have shimmer?

It has an illumination factor, but I wouldn't call it a shimmer. It's a beautiful product at a beautifulprice. Make sure you get the right colortone. The light is light....the bronze is for everyone who isisn't fair skinned.

Q: Will this be too oily or make you break out if you have combination skin (aka oily T zone)?

I am oily combination skin and it does not make me break out. Hope that helps!

Hey there. It really depends on your undertone and what look you are going for. I wouldn’t recommend light or deep. I think bronzer would probably be best for you.
