I struggle to get supports for me has a have larger arms this one perfect comfortable to wear even at night time..Have noticed a difference in my pain so it's is supporting my elbow

My wife and I have both injured the same tendons in our arms in the gym, her two weeks after me. I got this for my wife as my biceps measure too large (it’s a bit frustrating that all the straps I look at don’t seem to fit. I’m not small, but I’m not Arnie either!) so this is her review:After 4 weeks of intense pain, physio advised getting an elbow strap (amongst other things). The strap is a good fit, easy to use, comfortable material but more importantly very supportive. Immediately felt less pain as my arm was slightly immobilised by this strap and feel like the tendons are protected.However, the build quality is not as good as I first thought and after two weeks use the metal strips (which have been removed each night) have burst the stitching. Some other stitching has also come undone. So good for short term use but not what I hoped for. Cannot recommend.

After weeks of ignoring my nagging elbow pain, attributing it to everything but the need for actual support, I finally caved and tried the Neoprene Elbow Brace. Sold on the basis that there were supportive metal bars. These were not in the product or parcel. Not fit for purpose.

The media could not be loaded. My husband had an accident and injured his elbow and when it bends it hurts a lot and this support is very good because it fits well on his arm, it is adjustable, and prevents his arm from bending and causing pain. This product really provides all the support he needed and I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I pulled my muscle on my right forearm (at the gym) and by training while injured this spread to my biceps and was preventing me training. I felt a strap would help me when getting back to the gym. This feels well made and is solid. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that once it’s on - it’s very difficult to bend your elbows - so probably better support for pulling weights rather than when you need to bend your elbow. Does provide good support.

Nicely made support, great easy to use straps, goes on easily and does the job.Fabric is soft and comfortable, the arm slipping into a nice sleeve, which stops the velcro and fabrics rubbing with use. Gives great support (I've a muscle problem raising my arm in certain directions, with this on it actually allows me the movement) and allows good movement.The comments above are based on having no strengthening splints in (not needed), so I trried with them in. For me restrictive but for others what is needed. The splints did however make it feel like it could rub a little with movement (after 20 minutes it was uncomforatbel)The splints are a lightweight metal, sadly, whilst the ends are rounded off, the edges are left with a sharp edge, which I'm sure with time would actually wear and cut through the fabrics as the arm is moved about, Easily remedied with a file, but would be great if it was smoothed before supply, About my only gripe.Its working for me...
