My son is very happy with his bass guitar and amp. The bass is very good for a beginner. The customer service from the seller is outstanding. FedEx lost the first bass guitar and amp. The seller quickly shipped a replacement bass and amp. The product is shipped in a box that says Fender on the outside. Just be aware of that if your package is delivered and left unattended, it is not sent where you have to sign for it or be home to accept delivery.

I wanted to keep this guitar but the jack is bad on it so no sound. I wanted to exchange it for a one just like it but unfortunately they were all sold out. Three stars because they have been patient with me and are letting me return this it has been a minute. I threw away the box for the first one because I had no intention of ever letting it go. I finally have a new box now to send them their guitar back because I do not want to pay for it if it ends up being damaged in the return!!! Very nice and understanding customer service. I was having trouble because it was not giving me a return label when I chose to return it therefore I would have had to have paid to return it and they straightened everything out for me. Now I need to find that dang shipping label and get this guitar back to them. I would definitely buy from this company again.

The pickup went out at the end of March. The vendor turned me over to the manufacturer, which is fair. Fender - with all that brand recognition - only has three warranty places in the state, making service rather inaccessible.I can't support Fender if they don't support their customer.
