Good built quality and 16 inch screen , i love it. Negative is that the event though it support 32gb ram we get laptop with two 8gb ram on two memmory slot. So you can not use this two 8 gb ram if you planed to upgare it to 32gb ram....

Don't purchase this laptop right from here. since the laptop is out of date and no longer covered by warranty, and the seller sent the faulty one without accepting any responsibility—not even Amazon offers assistance.Amazon's indolence has cost me my contract recently.

Best laptop for gaming & business (2 in 1)
Model: 82Y9009KINWe get what is said on this site except for the laptop monitor resolution (It is 1920x1200[WUXGA] only NOT 2560x1600[WQXGA]). Excellent performance from both CPU and GPU. I was looking for a laptop where I could connect 3 4k 60Hz monitors and it solved my purpose. I am very happy with the selection.Though I am not a gamer, with the specs and other YouTube reviews, I think it will satisfy gamers too. (I HAVEN'T tried any games).New Update as on 26/Oct/23:After 2 weeks of usage, the laptop is good. No issues.

Slim and strong!!
The laptop is much slimmer that it can not be identified as a gaming laptop. The laptop has got great build quality and amazing looks. The gaming performamce is also excellent. But only concern is with the colour accuracy of the display because in Amazon specification section it has been written that it has got 100% srgb but if we type the model no in Lenovo website it shows that this laptop has got only 45% ntsc. Amazon please resolve this issue.

Very Misleading Description about display
The Laptop as such is very good. Only disappointment was in the description it is mentioned "Display: 16" WQXGA (2560x1600) IPS " while actual resolution is 1920x1200 only. It came with charging brick of 170 W. Amazon has to clean up such erroneous description of the product which is very misleading.

Worst
Worst display quality very dim disply. Contacted customer care they initiated service visit on 30.09.2024. Lenovo support closed request of visit without visiting for check up. Amezon not giving replace option or refund option. Worst Amezon response ever.

Amazon's Customer Service just keeps deteriorating more and more terrible
Placed this order on Amazon's Sale to which Amazon confirmed that the order was placed successfully and later cancelled the order. Upon asking Customer Service they sent a revised confirmation option which didnt give the right discounts. Upon asking again, they insisted the offer can availed after 24 hours where the offer refreshes and the product would be made available. However neither the product was nor the offer and customer service agents just keep dodging questions and switching calls to other agents. Had to explain everything over 10 times across text/call.. Selected this particular laptop after a lotttt of searching, waiting and consideration and was reallly excited to buy it. Even renewed my primes subscription just to get the one day delivery option aswell.. Highly disappointed that I wont be able to get it...Extremely disappointing to see the deteriorating customer service from Amazon. And not just saying this based on one experience either. Been facing similar issues with rude and unresponsive customer agents more and more in the recent days. After some 5-10 switches finally a quality agent gets connected who resolves it much much simpler. But the quality drop across the majority remaining is awful.
