3 month entertainment pass that isn’t even valid what was the point in sending it I wouldn’t have minded but that’s why I honestly bought it what’s waste of money other than that the remote and quality of picture are amazing

I was hesitant in purchasing because some reviews mentioned sluggish responses from the box. However I think this is the fastest TV box I've ever had.Pros:It's speedyIt's small and can easily be hidden.It switches off by itselfCons:No numbers on the remote which means you have to use the gudie and scroll.When you select live sky channels from the guide it has to load the now TV app, which doesn't happen with boxes from talktalk or sky.Doesn't include Netflix as an app!! Which is a pain if you don't already have a smart TV.No recording option - only catch up via internet with ads. Usb slot on the box is unusable.But overall it's good, my TV remote is compatible which means I don't need to use the now TV remote.

Disappointed with the performance of the smart freeview box. Compared to my smart tv, the Now TV box is like using 10 year old PC today! The apps take a long time to open, and switching between the live tv and apps takes up to 30 seconds!. Not any issue with bandwidth as this is just when loading the app. So if you are used to quick loading of apps, this is not the box for you. For the price its good value for money for the box sets and live TV. if the box was only more responsive it would get a full 5 stars! Gone back to my Smart TV using Prime Video, Netfilx and Freeview apps

Fast delivery.As a previous SKY customer I wanted reduce my bill. I already have NOW TV broadband - £18 months and with this box I will save so much money, as I can pay 7.99£ p/ month for the entertainment passes or even less if I buy by Amazon.Cons: You have to add your aerial to the NOW TV box to watch live tv. You can’t add more apps. Can’t record. You can’t change channels as you do on SKY. Live channels really poor compare with SKY. No STV.The main thing - You sabe money with this.

After moving home and not being able to have SKY on the property. It delivers for the television that anyone requires and a bonus that it comes with freeview so you not having to change channels all the time.

Might as well buy the simple now tv box as the free-view is rubbish.An awful programme guide and no numbers on the remote make it difficult to use.Can't play any media or add memory via sd card slot or usb, dont't know why they are on the box. Everything else great but you can get this with the much cheaper Nowtv box

It's brilliant! Easy set up, great picture quality. Easy to navigate though. Just wish it had Netflix and prime apps. Husband would like eurosport app option too. But these are just minor niggles. We got rid of virgin and so glad we did. Be aware you can't record to this box, which isn't a problem for us, we watch catch up

Bit confusing about the freeview you still need a normal tv Ariel feed to get freeview.Everything else is good.
