Q: Do these come up a little small are are they pretty much true to size?

size is fine but height to shoe top is a bit tight if you have a high instep. This can be solved by cutting out the small elasticated triangle on top. This allows for a little more spacing

Pick up the phone. I thought i had the wrong size but was reading American size answered and out me right straight away.
