I just bought these wipes for my dog. Read the great reviews but didn't look at the ingredients closely. Why do you put dyes in this product??

Hi and thanks for your question. The product contains food grade colorants which are completely safe and are used to visually aid in ensuring that there is sufficient liquid on the wipe to perform as intended, and to also indicate when the liquid is mostly dispelled from the wipe.

So far you say it was not designed for mites, that it was not designed for yeast so why is that in the title? isn't this false advertising?

While they do not specifically contain a 'miticide,' our ear cleaners do provide a surface that mites are unable to hold on to, thereby aiding in the prevention your pet's ears being over run by mites. Cleaning the ears themselves, also helps control mites by removing them. Yeast is caused by a number of things, however mainly from the ear canal being wet. Cleaning and keeping the ears dry (the cleaners have a dying agent) will keep your pet's ears free from yeast and from developing a yeast infection. Once you your pet already has a yeast infection, a general cleaning solution may not work as well as something specifically designed to help an already present infection such as a chlorhexidine product.
