Perfect and wide
I needed a new cage after his old one was super unstable and unsafe. This new cage is wide and perfect for him to fly around and get exercise. It’s good if you’re on a budget and you can fit a lot of stuff in there he’s very happy. It’s very stable and easy to build, though I will say there’s like one gap in the corner but depending on how crafty you are, you could maybe put something to cover it or zip tie It also the bottom grid is kind of on an angle like it’s angled up, but overall it’s super safe for him. I don’t use the door with the springs. There’s a door on the side that has springs and springs open or shut and because of how hard it closes by itself, I would not recommend using that door. But otherwise, if you just use the regular doors that are safer for him it’s a super safe cage on a budget and has definitely given him some more room to fly around.

Nice affordable cage
I really like this cage. I only bought it for an extra cage to keep outside, to be able to take the bird (Cockatiel) outside when the weather is good. Her regular cage is a big hassle to take out and back in on the daily. So I decided to look for a cheap one for sporadic use. Other than the low price, I like that it is wider than it is tall, so it has more room to move around. Her regular cage is tall and narrow. She doesn't move up and down in it, so she's basically confined to a 17 x17 inch square room. With this one she has more space to use. I also like the big wide center door that stays up when you lift and tilt it out. I don't know what the purpose of the spring loaded side door is, other than maybe for people with short arms to reach in to the back wall to attach things to it. It was super easy to unfold and put together, but it seems it could easily come apart at the hook points on that end. So I used some small zip ties around the bars to make it sturdy and unable to come apart. I also zip tied the floor to the sides. Another nice feature is the handles on the ends for lifting and carrying it. The only thing I don't like is the 2 feeding dishes that came with it, only because they only mount all the way at the bottom, essentially sitting on the wire floor, even thought they are placed in the food door openings. But I already had two dishes that mount on the walls, so I just used them instead. And for the bottom, I cut open a paper grocery store bag for a tray liner. I get plenty of those from shopping, so I don't need to buy any cage paper. For 40 bucks I feel it was a bargain.

Excellent Bird Cage
I’m very happy with this bird cage. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and has plenty of space for my birds to move around comfortably. The quality is better than I expected, and the removable tray makes cleaning quick and easy. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Good value for the price
This cage is very easy to put together. It basically unfolds and snaps together. I did it myself in 5 or 10 minutes. It is a good value for the money. It's not super-sturdy, but considering the price I think it is of reasonable quality. There is enough space for a small bird such as a finch to fly from one end to the other. A short flight yes, but a flight. However, I recommend that you don't use only the long horizontal perches that come with the cage. I put one of those in the lower part of the cage and then bought natural branch perches that I set as far apart as possible above them and perpendicular to them so that the bird can fly from one end of the cage to the other. I think having only the long perches defeats the purpose of a flight cage. You want to be sure the bird can fly between perches. I currently have two of these cages stacked and they are working fine.

Spacious, Durable, and Designed with Birds in Mind
I've been using the VEVOR 30" Flight Bird Cage for my budgie, and it’s been a genuinely impressive upgrade from his previous setup. The cage offers a great blend of functionality, comfort, and visual appeal. ✅ Pros Spacious Interior: Plenty of room for flight and movement. My birds seem noticeably more active now. Perch Comfort & Ergonomics: Included perches are well-placed and feel secure. I added padded wraps for grip, but even as-is they’re functional and appropriately sized. Durability: Solid metal bars with a powder-coated finish that stands up to mild pecks and everyday wear. It feels like it’ll last for years without bending or rusting. Color & Design: Matte black finish looks clean and modern, easy to blend with home décor. Lightweight for Its Size: Easy to move thanks to the built-in handle, but still sturdy enough not to shift with flapping activity. Slide-Out Tray: Huge time-saver for cleaning. The tray glides out smoothly and locks in without any fuss. Stackable Feature: Great if you’re running multiple enclosures or planning to expand. Great value for the money. ❌ Cons Assembly Took Time: Instructions were basic; I recommend watching a setup video online before starting. No Built-In Feeding Doors: I wish there were exterior-access food tray ports, but it’s a minor gripe. 📝 Final Thoughts This cage is more than just a temporary enclosure—it’s a reliable home base for small parrots, finches, or conures. Thoughtfully designed with features that make care easier and flight space more meaningful. I'd gladly test future VEVOR pet products if they follow this level of practicality and build quality.

Large, convenient, sturdy enough and good price.
My two zebra finches seem to be very happy in this cage. They have plentry of room to fly around and the 3 access gates and one for the bird bath are very convenient. The slide out bottom drawer makes it easy to clean. Eassy to assemble.

Perfect for a single small bird
Absolutely loved it. Whole lot bigger than I thought. Perfect minimum sized for a parakeet pair. Long wide flying space and big large front door. It also is very nice and sturdy and since the tray isn’t textured it’s super easy to clean poop comes right off. HERE IT IS COMPARED TO MY STANDARD FLIGHT CAGE: it is half the height

Great for the right purpose
Boy am I glad I bought this! I had two birds that weren’t getting along. I put one on either side and over the course of a few weeks, they became friends again. Once they were hanging out together on either side of the divider, it was a simple matter to remove the divider. And I got away with purchasing just one cage instead of two. And it was cheap. Now, let me say that I have finches. I don’t think this is suitable for anything bigger than a parakeet. This is not super sturdy. Furthermore, if you are putting parakeets in this, be prepared to tie down all openings. They will figure out how to get out. There are no latches and everything slides with ease. Another thing - while this is a cage for small birds, the dishes and perches provided are huge. Totally inappropriate. I don’t know who comes up with this stuff. Regarding assembly, this comes out of the box, with ALL pieces (except the divider and tray) attached, but folded flatish. It was a bit overwhelming and another pair of hands would have helped. The instructions are almost, but not quite, worthless. But it goes together pretty well after you look at it for a bit. The divider is very easy to put in and take out without removing birds from the cage. Really quite ingenious, actually. This is a good buy and would be a better one if it came with dishes and perches appropriate for small birds.

Size is important.
I bought this in May as I wanted everything set up well before my Budgies arrived. Assembly was OK after around 4 failed efforts. The thing is I never realised quite how big it was until fully constructed. One thing I am not keen on is the position of the feeding bowls, I feel they are too low and an instant poo trap. So said Budgies arrived, they are about 14 weeks old and very skittish. for 2 birds they managed to spread feathers etc over a very wide area, nervous about using the hoover so near the cage I have been sweeping every day, the built in tray is a big help/ Fed up with seeds between my toes I bought the cheapest pram net from here, its a perfect fit, no loss of visability, dosnt freak the birds out and has proved to be a God send. This cage is huge , so much space for perches(,,,ditch the ones supplied, they are like broom handles and no good for birds),toys, treats etc and the birds can fly from one end to the other, mine even use the grid on the bottom, but I worry about their feet but they don't seem bothered. My cage went together really well with no gaping sides or dodgy doors, oh, theres lots of doors. Some of the perches that need a washer and nut can be a bit tricky to install but on the whole this cage is a really good buy.I am happy and once my Zoomy birds settle in properly I think they will love all this space.

Beautiful cage
This cage is beautiful. Very well made, very sturdy. I have no concerns about my bird getting her head between the bars. It allows my bird to fly from side to side which is how budgies prefer to fly. It’s the proper minimum size requirements. The slide out bottom is great when it comes time for cleaning as I can knock the poopies down into it. The food dish holds a lot and has a hood to prevent my bird from being able to throw seeds.

Ottima gabbia

Vandaag kwam mijn 2e Parkiet. Die zit nu samen gezellig bij elkaar
