This was bought as a present so these are the ratings of the recipients. They said that even after washing prior to putting on the bed, which apparently was done as soon as the package was opened, they couldn’t wait to get to bed as it was ssooo soft & in the morning did not want to get up !I think that says it all.

APPALLING DUVET QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎
Just reading over previous feedback, I see the seller has tried to blame us for the burnt iron mark on the duvet, which was also threadbare where it had been burnt. Just to be clear, the duvet arrived with us on this condition , and I am absolutely appalled that the seller can’t take responsibility for the POOR QUALITY of their product, and is trying to blame us! I think this is APPALLING, and WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SELLER. The seller had obviously damaged the duvet when they were ironing it before packaging.
