Ranger 7MM 1/4" Stainless Steel Rope Tube Thimble for 1/4" or 3/16" Wire

I made this purchase on a gamble that it would fit in between the tangs on my stock atv winch hook. Unfortunately the width is greater than my stock hook thus I had to replace the hook to make it all work. On the bright side this is no piece of junk. The quality and finish is top notch. If your looking for a wire rope thimble, this is it!

The black stainless steel rope loop shackles are a great production and great value. I reordered more of them after using the first ones I received.

I use these to replace the cheap aluminum ones that I had on my 4000 lb winch on my side by side. They're a nice fit, but a little bit wider than the hook that came off on my side by side. They seem to be pretty solid.

These are the real deal. No sharp edges to cut or wear through my nylon rope on my plow blade. Perfect fit.

This is the second Ranger product I've purchased. I like its design and ease of use when making my cables. The closed sleeve insures the cable stays put and the powder-coat finish is a nice added touch.What Ranger needs to work on is there artwork. While this is a great product there's no way it will support 45,000 pounds as stated on their packaging.

Easy to install on the synthetic winch rope.

Works very well other then if you are using with a shackle you can only use 1/2 inch shackles 2 ton and none of the 5/8 recovery gear I have for!!

Perfect for repairing a broken ATV winch cable. Highly recommended. Would buy again for sure.
