I'm growing out my hair and I've read that Biotin is good for hair growth(also skin and nails)I don't know just yet if it works just yet, but it seems like it's doing something to my hair. the pills are easy to swallow and I will continued to buy and take them to see if it helps with my hair, skin and nails I really want to see the results.

This product does what it says it will do. My nails have not been in the best condition for sometime now and after taking Biotin capsules for about 2 to 3 months I have noticed a positive difference. I have reordered this product to continue to improve my nails.

I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to with this. If it can help anyone I want to help. I am 56 and had a complete hysterectomy at 30. I have struggled with dry skin, especially on my lips. My face has never been the same. My hair is thin as well. I am on my 4th bottle and did not notice a change until now. I am amazed. My lips are no longer chapped or peeling. My skin tone on my face is even again. I don’t know which ingredient is doing it but I swear by it now. My hair is growing back as well. When I blow dry it is when I can tell the most. I can see all the new fly away and I am so happy. Good luck and make sure you give it a chance to work. ♥️

So far it has given me extra energy and my skin and nails look great. I do only use half a pill each day. It have more vitamin B12 than I need a day.

I have been using this product for over a year now. Started using after several major surgeries caused my hair to start falling out in clumps. Easy to swallow with no after taste, this product is working very well. My hair is fuller and much stronger now. Highly recommend.

My hair started thinning due to some medication that I'm taking. I just finished my first bottle and it has grown my edges back tremendously. So I've ordered a 2nd bottle and excited to see the additional growth and will leave an updated review.

I’ve taken these for several months and they seem to work well. I’ve had WLS and my hair and nails are bouncing back quickly. My issue is there are NEVER 60 capsules in the bottle. I put two capsules in each day of my pill reminder box and at the end of the bottle I ALWAYS have ONE odd capsule left. It’s aggravating.
