Got these in for the mother in laws keys/car keys.Personally find pairing to smartphone very easy, accurate and does expertly as it should.Just download the app, follow the simple instructions and your good to go.Side note, ensure you activate the “Crowd locate Alert” when you go to the individual settings of each tag. This will allow the tag to be seen by any other individual with this app and then that “ping” will be sent to the third party server. When you loose it and can’t find it locally, you’ll interrogate the server and it will then send back any “sightings” that have been recorded by other users.

Connects to phone (IOS 14.3) but drops connection after a variable number of days. Tried to replace battery, re-pair BT etc. The trackers are unreliable, not useful for the purpose. Did not have issues with the Bravo model.

Came in a pack of 3.only 1 of them would pair to my phone which had the app installed. You have to be in bluetooth range to be able to find your item which is no good if you want to use it to find a stolen bike,which is why I purchased it!

As a tracking device, it barely works... beyond 10m inside or outside in the garden, the device loses signal and will only show location as last position I stood next to it. Map also hangs, frequently :(
