I used this to make raspberry buttercream for a 3 tiered cake filling. I'm a home baker and always looking for tricks and tips. The raspberry filling I made was not only yummy, but extremely sturdy. The texture of the buttercream changed but for the better, it became thicker and more pliable. The best part though, absolutely DELICIOUS. I will be using this often in the future. 10/10

I love this product! I use it to dress up my desserts. Its a very fine powder that works with any "duster" to shake on ice cream, cakes, etc. Although its raspberry, the taste is very light.

I use freeze dried fruit regularly in my frostings and cookies to add a punch of real concentrated flavor as well as real color to my creations. I have never found raspberry in the grocery stores so I was super happy to find it here. While I loved the taste, smell, color, and texture, I found it to be very very expensive compared to other freeze dried fruits. Like VERY expensive. It’s something that I have to use sparingly.

I used it to coat homemade marshmallows. They were delicious! It’s very sour. Thank goodness for the sweet marshmallows! With Dark chocolate hot chocolate it was wonderful!

I buy this item to mix in with dried strawberries, fresh strawberries, craisins raspberries, black berries OBTW I freeze my raspberries so when I mix it all up they blend in with the freeze dried strawberry powder, strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berry yogurt and sour cream with two table spoons of splendid sugar and whoa la a perfect concoction of all berry dessert. I put it inside a medium sized bowl eat half and give the other half to my hubby. he loves it to so the powder has become one of my every week desserts. try it with different fruits and yogurt if you dont like sour cream. or just mix it in with fruits and the powder oh and I buy my Craisins on amazon to. I buy a laser bag which to my surprise for such a little price came such large bad. Ill look to see the quantity to let you know if your interested. some of you all may not be into fruit desserts but I am. ENJOY

Love it . It is what it says and I love raspberries and price is fair

It worked well for what we used it for (raspberry tiramisu brownies for my non coffee loving family) but it is super expensive so will not be repeat buying

I’ve used this before and have always been impressed, it gives a delicious strawberry flavouring to buttercream. I use it in Chocolate cake and mixed with sweet buttercream the slight tanginess is delicious. Just remember to sieve it if you are using it in buttercream for piping as it can clump the nozzle if you don’t. Overall a fantastic product
