☆☆☆UPDATE: 03.26.2026. NINJA THIRSTI DRINK SYSTEM. ☆FAILURE☆ ☆AVOID☆ ☆BROKEN☆ ☆DOES NOT WORK☆ One side of the flavor dispensing pod has failed to stop dripping continuously. It drips until the last drop has filled reservoir. It has stopped functioning properly. One side has failed dispensing flavor and drips into the reservoir that catches drips. This also happened last month and we replaced the pod with another wasting an entire pod bottle. ☆☆DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT!!!!☆☆ WE ARE OUTSIDE THE ONE MONTH RETURN WINDOW AND WARRANTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ☆☆NO WARRANTY☆☆ 1.28.26. Ninja Thirsti (beginning) PROS: love the ease of use to start up and maintain. Purchased a pod storage that attaches to dispencer. Ordered more flavours. Included pods Cola good for all, Lemonade okay for kids. Takes up little more space for water container on counter, but easy refill capabilities without lifting container to refill, and good sighting for empty/full refill. I don't feel as though I need an extra H2O refill container. The machine's 6oz. selection fills an 8oz. glass full to the top of the glass when the glass is filled full with ice. The 6oz. selection will fill a 12oz. glass almost full with a generous glass of ice. Overall first impressions by all family members was a WOW. Packaging and delivery; perfect and quick. CONS: not sure where to order refill CO2 bottles, CO2 bottles expensive, making family only use 1 dot for bubbles...not knowing how long/many uses per CO2 bottle. I would prefer non-proprietary Ninja CO2 bottles fit the Ninja Thirsti, or better yet, Ninja should refill bottles at market/postage rates instead of a discount that is offered but still expensive. The unit has an ectrical cord but not a deal breaker, however, the electrical socket at the wall is right next to the beverage dispenser. Ha! Not a deal breaker. WISHLIST: I wish my new Ninja Thirsti beverage machine would have come with an advertisement card that displayed all the current flavour pods available, their uses, and ingredients for easy reference. I want electrolytes, my kids like noncaffiene colas, my husband likes CO2 water, and vitamins B drinks are a staple item in our home. I would like to be able to purchase a one time flavour pod kit that has a wider selection from each group of pod enhancements, or be able to select a different flavour of my choice combination from the websiti.

My partner and I were avid Bubbly drinkers until we purchased this unit. We would go through a case almost every 3 days. It became too much - storing cases of Bubbly’s, the recycle bin overflowing with cans, I had just had enough of the waste and the space that our habit was taking up. I had considered a Soda Stream but after reading mixed reviews and watching the clunkiness of it operating I decided it wasn’t for me. Then I stumbled upon Ninja’s take and I was blown away. The Thirsti arrived last week and it is a total game changer. Being able to store two different flavor pods is amazing. It’s also really fun to try mixing flavors as well! Sure, the cost of replacement CO2 is a little pricey, and the flavor pods are also a little pricey but if my calculations are correct this unit should pay for itself in about half a year. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who loves fizzy drinks as much as us!

I've been totally happy with my purchase. I've had it a few months, and the low CO2 warning just recently came on. It's in regular use by 3 people. My 12-year old probably uses it the most. It was a big hit while entertaining over the holidays! I ordered replacement canisters through Ninja on January 14th, just a couple of days after the warning light came on. They arrived the 19th. It's now the 30th, and I still haven't needed to put in a new canister. The lowest carbonation setting is just fine for me. My sample flavor pack had two vitamin flavors, one energy (caffeinated), and one hydrate with electrolytes. All are sweetened with sucralose, which I dislike. I wish it had included at least one unsweetened option. I don't think I'll be purchasing the Thirsti brand flavor cartridges. They're convenient, but I don't think they're worth the cost. The great thing about the home machine is you can truly customize. Maybe you want to get away from sugary drinks, but you're not on the soda water bandwagon. You can mix your carbonated water into fruit juice or soda to start acclimating to less sugar. It's also simple to purchase any brand of flavor drops to mix into your drink, and if you want sweetener you can use any kind and amount you like! I don't even bother with the flavoring most of the time. Just the carbonation is good enough for me! We were constantly buying bottles and cans of soda water for our household. It was taking up a lot space! I love having this machine instead. I've even reused disposable empties to take my "fizzy water" on the go. It's easy to position even a narrow bottle opening under the dispensing spout. Using cold water is recommended. The reservoir comes with a cold water indicator, which I eventually removed. It didn't seem like it was turning as blue after a couple months of use. I deemed it unnecessary anyway, and possibly a place for bacteria to grow. You can store the water reservoir in the fridge, but I don't because my refrigerator already has a water pitcher spot. Using ice works great, too.
